I have an illume light bulb and another brand of light bulbs. Wanted more bulbs but couldn’t find them. Well, I checked the other apps from the developer. Install DALS RGBW. Light connected like a breeze. I can look up their other products, now. This app should just be retired.

Great app with many different functions
My dog chewed my led remote so i was stuck on white light for the longest time. I found the old box to my led strips and saw there was an app available so I tried it. The app is outdated but still works, easy to set up and connect. There are so many functions on this app and I highly recommend
Worked but doesn’t anymore
Started having issues. Can’t even report anything online. This product used to work well not I don’t think the company even exists so you can’t get support. Stay away from this and go with a reputable company like tp link or Kaza. Absolute garbage

i’ve had these lights for years and bought them from home depot I can’t find them anywhere and I lost the adapter for them and I really need to find them!
App is terrible
Cool lights but when you have 10 in your living room it’s annoying to have to reconnect one at a time. Every once in a while they disconnect. Right now they won’t connect at all which wouldn’t be a problem if they didn’t keep changing from blue to white to blue every single minute
Frustrated
I bought these lights about 3 years ago and they worked perfectly for about 2 years but now they won’t even connect to my wifi or the led net. I tried resetting it & all it does is turn on & off on it’s own. I really don’t want to throw them away but if it won’t work properly then I know I have to. If anyone knows how to fix it pls HELPPPP. stressing me out fr🙏🏼

Disappointing and frustrating
Works if you have only one bulb, but it won’t let you program more. Love the functionality of the bulbs so much I bought 12. I have to return them for refund now because this app doesn’t allow for multiple bulbs. It’s an exercise in frustration. The app works great with one smart bulb, but once you have one you’ll want more. Very disappointing.

Useless
This app and the LED controllers are the most frustrating pieces of electronics. They lose the programming every 2 weeks and to reprogram takes a lot of patience for the app to connect to the LED controller network.
Why these errors?..
I just got the light like 1 year ago and now they do not connect to the WiFi I cannot find “LEDnet” at all- please someone help me through this- because I’m about to return these lights.

Return these pot lights asap!! If someone simply switches the lights on and off a few times it resets All your pot lights and you have to add them individually and it takes for ever cause the app is HORRIBLE as well.
And the worst part is the default is not a pleasant white light they flicker in and off and rotate through the colours!!! Who on earth designed this garbage? I HATE these damn lights. Anyone who gave these a good review is lying for money.

DALS lighting has worked great
I found a slight learning curve but once I understood the proccess its been easy to add more lights to my system and control them all easily from my phone.
My one complaint about the app is the fact that it defaults to red when you close and reopen. The lights are still on the setting I left them but when I reopen the app its always set to red. Easy enough to fix it but I wish that was not an issue. The programming for changes throughout the day only worked for a few days before resetting to the default too.

Dals WiFi puck lights
I have had these lights for about a year and a half and suddenly they have stopped working. I have tried resetting, but they won’t even turn on. Their WiFi is not available on my phone and I can’t figure out what else I can try to fix these. So frustrated. Wish I could talk to someone to help me fix these lights.

I’ve had this app for a year or two and it’s so much easier for everything I’m so happy cause I can change the lights from my bed instead of having to use the remote all the time. If it doesn’t work you might not have the right led lights

Light will not turn off
App turned on the light but now cannot turn it off. Will not reconnect to our wi-fi.
