Great for 2001
I spent over 12k on the entire system , found them in Thumb tack and interviewed the Owner - installer to stress the main concerns - he was 80% to Blame, but it only got worse. 10 months later -not one camera or the NVR is operable, my installer/ owner Spencer, gouged me for more money every month to “get it working “ when I insisted he honor the warranty, he ghosted me! design tech got the money but this is your product , now I’m stuck with 11 installed camera’s that I loved when they worked, for 10 months , a NVR , and a Unifi router all useless as it sits waiting for someone to come program after a hacker on the local network wrecked havock - it went fine and never recovered. I read that I have its a 2 year warranty yet No one with the Company/manufacture has even attempted to contact me or return an email. $12,000 right down the toilet- stay far away

HD resolution by default
I will give this app 5 stars when the developers change it to where I can have a setting to set live view to show all cameras in the highest resolution. Right now I have to individually choose one by one and make the resolution higher and that’s not ideal. I would like all of my cameras to load into the highest resolution by default if I choose to. Thank you

16 NVR System
Updated my NVR and app and lost my ability to label my cameras. Spoke to tech support and they said I loss that ability in the last update…. Please fix this as I have 16 cameras and would like to add 4 or 6 more.
Offline
My cameras have been offline for about 2 weeks now. The app is not user friendly in trying to fix the issue. I still can’t get it to work.

This by far is the best surveillance system camera app out there. Great UI and super easy to playback. This is my 4th system in 20 years and so so easy to operate.

When trying to use the playback function on the app it is extremely slow. This just started happening about a month or 2 ago. Please fix on the next update.

Red Bar
After the update the top and bottom in small screen is a very annoying red. It’s very distracting. It was fine the way it was, now my eyes keep going back to the red.
Otherwise the app seems to be working pretty good. I’m having some camera problems so hard to know if it’s the app or the cameras.
Please get rid of the red.

Useless
What’s the point in have a camera system if the notifications doesn’t work? Sorry I spent my money on this system.

This app doesn’t work half the time… difficult to manage and not exactly user friendly. I’m just about to move on !!

I’ve had other camera systems, and different interfaces. This by far is the best experience I’ve had. I would definitely recommend!

This App is very easy to use. It’s simple to edit your settings, and the camera layout too. Highly recommend!
