This app works fine and is a paid app for $1 as you can see in the App Store. But why did you pay so much? Where on earth did you get scammed? The payment system of the App Store is managed by Apple and is accurate and the developer is not involved. Please check if your device is not infected with a virus or hacking. Do not criticize us who have nothing to do with it, and after you find out exactly where you were scammed, please dispute with them.
