Can’t log in via app. Tried multiple times after rebooting but didn’t change anything
Unable to book classes
I was able to book classes the other day, but today…nope. I still have passes left for the month of January but will probably have to call the studio to reserve a class since this app does not work.
Can’t book classes
I can book classes from my desktop computer, but not from this app. It keeps telling me a prerequisite is required. It also does not show any of my history or payment or anything. Useless.
Unable to sign up for classes
I’ve downloaded the app multiple times and deleted. I cannot sign up for classes. I’ve shared the issue three times with the site I use. It feels like because it works for other members, that there must be some thing I am doing wrong. There is no sense in having an app that I wanted to use only to be able to sign up for classes remotely when it’s not working. So I just called the gym now and have them register me for a class. Less hassle.

Calendar not Synching
I’m able to book classes, but it doesn’t tell me who the instructor is and that’s important when I only like 1 out of the 6 at my location. Also please let us be able to synch our classes to the Calendar on our phone!! I’d book more classes in advance if I was able to synch it to my Calendar and get reminders for them

Lost the ability to automatically add classes to calendar on iPhone. Very glitchy

Prior to the last update I had the option to save my reserved classes to my calendar upon booking it. The update removed the option completely. Please put it because it was very convenient.

This app is trash. I can’t book any classes through this app only look at class schedules .
State field picklist is missing values
I am not able to get past the first page due to my state missing from the list on the home page. Please update the values in the picklist to include the states that have the facilities. Thank you.
Just downright horrible...
I have not been able to access anything regarding my classes for days. I’ve updated the latest Apple IOS, rebooted, cleared my browser history, network settings, uninstalled and changed my password on the app multiple times. Still, all my information is gone.
Can’t Use It
I can’t pick any classes to attend because it’s saying I need to log in. The instructions say to reset the password, and I’ve set several requests to reset the passwords and I never get an email.
No locations except 1 for MD
There are no other locations except for one when searching in MD. I couldn’t even get past this page!

Too many errors
I had to download the app several times for recurring errors- non responsive, freezing, etc. I just downloaded again and did not work again. It says contact not found, whatever it means. The app needs some serious work.
Won’t let me do anything.
App shows nothing. Verified my email but won’t let me sign up for any class says my prerequisites are not met? Could be great but needs to be fixed.
