Hate doing this review during a war
I am a paid subscriber and a devoted listener each morning to hear the newsflash and the daily news at Noon. The last two days there was neither broadcast on the App. Before that, there have been several instances of an old broadcast misidentified as a brand new broadcast. Luckily I can find most of the broadcasts on YouTube but should not have to with the app. Community messages have gone unanswered. Inexcusable. Meanwhile, the reporting is superior.

No customers service
Even with an annual subscription which expires 7/2025, I continue to receive the error message that I cannot view a video because it is not included in my plan. I have left comments on several sites still no response.

I am subscribed to ILTV+. I have not been able to log in to it for about a month and a half now. I have tried to log in several times since your email, yet without success. I have emailed ILTV CEO Tom Zadok about the problem but have had no response.

I am on the one month trial and am not sure if I will pay for a subscription. I really enjoy your coverage and, as a Christian, feel close to and indebted to the Jewish people. There is so much bias (and outright violence) worldwide against Jews and it’s good and vital to get a truthful perspective…..(I wrote the above last week, now slightly edited). I have since realised that I definitely want to subscribe, and have just done so. I’ll also note that I really enjoyed, as well as felt strongly convicted by, the program “Breaking Bread with Danielle Renov” entitled “Welcome the Green Shakshuka” and her guests Rudy Rochman and his two compatriots. (Just re-read this, which I thought was sent months ago)
