Crashes upon opening
I cannot even get this app to open as soon as I press the open button, it shows the opening page for a millisecond and crashes every time. Is there some other app that I can use so that I can use these expensive bulbs?

Ilumi (nate) me no more
I have had these bulbs/app for 5 years. They have intermittently given me fits by cycling light colors, switching spontaneously to blue from white, or losing schedule. The app has always been difficult to adjust when seasons change. However, this time, I am done! My main front door entrance bulb quit working. I replaced it with a bulb rarely used. I am unable to pair it completely to any app (4) that Ilumi offers, and the colorful Ilumi (only app it will pair partially to) app quits on me constantly. Buying a different manufacturer’s product today!

App crashes every 10 seconds
Application crashes this frequently are ridiculous for a $50 light bulb that claims to be “superior”.

Still super lousy. Crashes if you open the app. Can’t do music sync or anything. On the brightside at least the experience has been consistent. I hate that I spent 50$ on the bulb.... so just don’t.

The app use to work fine when i first bought the bulb back in 2017 but since 2018 the app has been terrible. Cant even change the color because the app crashes in a matter of seconds from opening.

the new app isn’t really as good I still have problems with it. Everytime I try to press something it takes me to my home screen so I just deleted the app but do better on the app PLEASE 🤝
App doesn’t sync
App won’t even pair with the light bar I purchased. Bar was missing remote when purchased so figured I could just use the app instead . Will be going back because the app is useless!
APP CRASH
The original app for Ilumi was great and I didn’t have problems with it. But this new app is trash and keep crashing it would be nice if an update would come out, so I can control my $60 light bulb. 🙄 I think this product is a great idea though and I have enjoyed it soo much for the past 2 years. I am shocked it still works! But it needs updating BAD!

Good bulb but worst app ever!
I was so annoyed by the app and the lack of attention from the illumi company that I went to Best Buy and picked up the philips Hue bulbs.
Lesson learned: always trust a reputable company that has a track record of standing behind their product. I would never give my business to illumi again even if they improved the app. Good riddance

App worked fine until recent update
App and light bulb worked great for my bedroom, but when they last updated the app and changed the whole format, it became chaos. It shuts down when you do anything on the app. You can’t find anything that used to be accessible, like fun changing light options. It’s so bad now. Booooooo. Fix it.
