App Store needs to take this developer down! Wake up Apple!
I took a year subscription and the app does not provide any features. The first page asked to subscribe besides my subscription being active.
The screenshots in discretion are all fakes. The Home Screen is that mimics ChatGPT and immediately throws you to a subscription page for stealing your money.

What’s wrong with this app
“Sorry, there was an error. What do you want to do?” It just keep saying this. I reported to Apple but there is no answer. The app doesn’t have contact info of the company so I can’t do anything. It is such a ridiculous situation. I will contact Federal Trade Commission’s bureau of consumer protection.

I paid over 100 bucks for the dreamlife app and it did what I needed just fine. They made an update and it’s not the same app anymore. How is this acceptable?

I saw this iM app in my ‘Available Updates’ list in App Store. I didn’t recognize it and it wasn’t in my apps list. So I googled what other apps Terrasoft has made. Dreamlife. Found it on my phone and deleted it. iM is no longer in my Available Updates list. Further, when I search for Dreamlife in the App Store I get this iM app not Dreamlife.
Lesson on how not to go about rebranding your apps. HBOMax rebrand, which required a new app install, may have been annoying but it only took a few minutes where this rebrand took me an hour to figure out.

Do not buy! The trial doesn’t resemble the app, once you buy it. It’s scam. The app doesn’t work, post purchase, and it changed its name to iM and it DOES NOT WORK!!

Not working and so slow
Cannot make it work and hard to use, can’t even use the app. Waste of time.

I went through all the AI chat box questions and it didn’t send a design at all. I waited a day and followed up and it told me to be patient. Eventually it just apologized and said something went wrong.
Also the fee for the app charges weekly not monthly. So it’s $20 a month/$5 a week.

Worst app I’ve ever used
The 5 star reviews are 100% fake. Notice the 5 star reviewers all have a 1st and last name? The 1 star reviewers have a user name. The 1 star reviews are real.

Bait with a free app then pay up
This app is garbage. Download and sign up is free but as soon as they get your birthdate (why they need more than birth year who knows) they ask what you want designed then up pops payment for AI service. Just charge for the app upfront and save us all the keystrokes. I deleted the app.
Lags & Does Not Provide Assistance
Downloaded this app which at first was responsive. Then after wanting to reconfigure the image a second time since the initial generated design was not what I was looking for, it had a hard time computing my command which was very simple. The loading sign was going in circles for more than 3 minutes, and in the end I just exited it, reset the chat and tried a third time. Still no go. Then on my fourth attempt it gave me instructions on how to mask. I did that, but it did not provide the prompts needed for me to continue adjusting the photo so the app could add only one piece to the side of the wall like I wanted.

Why in the world would you sign in with your phone number? Then when when you create an account if you want to delete it because I decided I didn’t like it, you can’t. It says it’s unverified. I just gave you my phone number???

I don’t know what happened to the app. I had a free trial and loved it. Decided to pay for the year subscription yesterday and the app completely changed and isn’t working. There was an update, of course. The layout is completely different. I hate it. I get repeated errors when I try to use it.
I no longer recommend this app. The screens look nothing like the screen shots they show in this app page.

If you notice all the good reviews are names with no spaces as if they just kept creating names and all the bad reviews are actual First and Last names. The app is definitely very cool and is definitely an amazing technology. I can see the potential and benefits from using this app as a designer or architect or homeowner. Issues is that the App at the moment is very unstable. Works once and never again. Plus it is VERY expensive.

You have to pay to use and give your number to log in
You have to give your phone number to get in the app and then you gotta pay to use the app. When you try to delete your account, it doesn’t let you. Stay away!!

I don’t understand what’s going on with these apps when it clearly states after a 7 day trial you will be charged “x amount” of dollars. But as soon as I agree to the trial and press download, these apps are swiping out your money on the SAME day. There’s no reason it should be that confusing to know if your actually signing up for a trial or skipping the trial/paying for the app once you hit the download button. This is the 3rd time an app has done this, and I know im not the only one who has noticed that these apps are setting people up. I can only imagine how many people this has happened to unknowingly. Whether I want to try the free trial THEN be charged afterwards OR skip the trial and immediately subscribe should be clear as day to customers. At this point, I am done subscribing to apps that have “free trials”.
