Great app for medical depends or elderly people
Came across this app and found it to be pretty useful if you have love ones that is a distance away and you’re concern for their well-being but does not have the time to travel back and forth. Simply click on check in would send an alert to the pre-designated person and allow them to know you’re still doing well.

Not Ready for ise
1) created an account for test purpose
2) set up daily alert using my own phone number
3) used it for a day or two before realizing I did not need it
4) deleted app from my phone
5) continued to get daily text to my phone number saying that I needed to be checked in on
6) download the app again, but could not login with my email address. “Forgot Email” feature does not work. It simply says error when I hit send
7) No way to stop the texts other than listing them as spam
