見えない
音は聞こえるが急に画面が真っ暗で何も見えなくなりました。通知も来て、写真は見る事ができます。再インストールしてもだめでした

Great, but could be better
I wish the app supported PIP [picture in picture] when actively watching the monitor on the app. Many apps that have video will do this so you can do other things on your phone while having the app video stream small in the corner. Otherwise perfect
Great Camera
I really enjoy using this camera. Great for monitoring babies/kids/elderly people. This was the best money I ever spent. You can monitor secretly or you can communicate via 2 way video call. I love it!!!
Difficult to connect to device
It’s very hot and miss if we are able to connect to the camera to check on our cats while we are away. I have to tap “retry” over and over and over again in hopes that it may eventually connect. Frustrating!

Doesn’t work
I’ve had this for two days and it already doesn’t work. Camera showed sleeping baby but she was screaming. Camera just froze. 🤬

何をやってもネットワーク異常で登録すらできません！ちゃんとWi-Fi環境も合ってるのに！本当は︎⭐︎0です。
No customer support
App logged me out and wouldn’t let me log back in. Password reset function would not work. No customer support via app. Camera is now useless.

以前は使えていましたが、最近はネットワーク異常と表示されてログインできず、全く利用できなくなりました。

Worst app ever
I downloaded the app and registered but I wasn’t able to use the camera and I try to reset the camera, router, and even phone update but no results at the end I couldn’t use the app and the password didn’t work again I try to get a code so I can change password but never get the code to password update and try again.

不具合が多すぎる。
ネットワーク異常やカメラ異常で作動しないことや会話中に音声が飛んで何を言ってるかわからない。

見えなくなった
何度か、ログインし直してどうにか見えるようになっていたが、それもダメ。購入して半年も経たないのに、見られなくなった。

Use this to check on my animals when im gone for long periods of time. Never had any problems with it at all
