Abandoned app
Quadrant has attempted to address some significant public safety concerns with their apps, presumably investing significant resources to bring these apps to life. Unfortunately, their investment is wasted because ongoing maintenance and updates for all of their apps was abandoned years ago. All of Quadrant’s apps are now super buggy and unreliable. These apps are now a liability in an emergency rather than an asset.
