XTreme disappointment
NONE of the standard social accounts like facebook, twitter, instagram, messenger, skype, and several more, are available to be selected for setup... just several (I guess) foreign services that I never even heard of. Can't access their support page either (404 error). Waste of my time and money.

Terrible App
I use IM+ on my Mac and it’s ok. I therefore bought iOS app and it is absolutely useless. No Skype. No WhatsApp as Mac. I setup all the accounts and they just disappeared for no reason. Awful UI on some media.
I want a refund but there is not support to even request one.

Modern Application Connection Issues
My company uses slack and google hangouts. Neither of these apps work correctly. Slack no longer works with the embedded browser. Google hangouts scaling is more designed for a desktop when logged in with custom. These apps work in the desktop version why can’t the code just be ported? Additionally, there’s no sync between the desktop and mobile versions.

Worthless
The app stopped connecting to our Jabber server. It’s not our server as any other client connects without issue. I’ve emailed the company more times than I can count and have not once received a response. Wasted $.
Jabber no longer connects. Been using it for years.
After updating to the latest iOS, won’t connect now.

hopeless app(s)/deserves a ‘zero’ rating
whatever team of developers/support these apps allegedly provide, they remain utterly unresponsive to my requests for assistance. neither the desktop version for PC nor the iOS version work AT ALL and, despite numerous attempts over many months to seek a remedy, no team member has made the slightest attempt to address the underlying problems. additionally, no updates are forthcoming. an expensive ‘premium’ app that i found very valuable years ago is now relegated to the digital landfill. such disappointment!

Updated version no longer available for iPad
When you try to get help, they tell you “the updated version may solve your issues”. Can you go to the App Store, and it says “this app is no longer available in your country.”Of course, by then you’ve already paid.
Great messenger for people with many accounts
I’ve used IM+ in the past and really enjoy the option to add multiple accounts of the same social network, eg Instagram or Facebook. Although those are clearly web versions, it makes life so much easier. Finally I can manage all my accounts (both company and private) from one place.
One thing to improve: loading times for the web based social networks, especially when using first time.
PS: the IM+ Mac version is great as well.

Good App, but doesn’t always work
I really like this app, but there are times when I can not get it to log in and work. It works 75% of the time. If it worked 95% of the time I would have given it a 5 star rating.
Push notification informs about message, but after opening an app, you don’t see any messages.

The desktop version had me excited so I skipped the free version much to my regret. Hope it gets better fast.

Useless app
Does not connect through facebook directly but through the browser so it looks crappy. Facebook messenger in iPhone X looks as if I’m in the web. Useless. Really dissapointed. I remeber the days this app was the best when msn and yahoo messengers were popular. Don’t waste your money. Not worth the pennies. Not really the companys fault. Just not worth buying anymore.

Slow to fix problems
Developers are extremely slow to fix any issues. I have given up on this app, especially since so many services have recently shut down or closed to third party applications.
