Terrible app and no real help
I'm supposed to be filling out a survey but it will not load (waited 20 minutes and gave up). Also, Face ID will not work, constantly tells me to please try again. This has been going on for over a month.
Also, I just bought a new phone and it turns out you cannot transfer your progress to another device, I had to start all over even though I'm already through 2 of 3 tests and now the app keeps telling me I'm not finished the surveys. When I contacted them, they confirmed if you delete the app or reinstall, you lose everything and need to start over from scratch.
Seriously, how can I start over when I don't have enough tests kits??? It will not let you bypass any of this and they told me to just re-do the really long surveys. I did that and it's waiting for my first test even though I'm on the 3rd which isn't required for 3 more months but now I have this app hassling me.
No, I'm done! I threw the last test kit into the garbage. This is a terrible system! You're stressed enough about taking an HIV test, I don't need to be stressed about the app as well. I cannot believe a company would release such a poor app, they need to find a reputable developer and start over!
