Full library access in order to use the app.
The app works, meaning it will convert your photos, but it only will do so if you give the app full access to your phot library. This is concerning because apps can store your photos once it has access to them, therefore this is a horrible app. Don’t waste your time with this. They also charge 9.99 a year but won’t let you select “limited access” only “full access”.

App did not work at all, scam
This app did not convert anything after multiple attempts. I tried turning some photos from my phone into PDF or JPG when it was originally a JPEG. It said it converted them and went through the process but didn’t change anything. It also requires access to ALL of your photos to even get the app to work. Sounds like a scam.. I would avoid this app.

Super helpful
Comparatively few converters allow to convert to svg, this one does, as well to most other formats. Great app, I use it quite often.
Only works if you allow access to ALL photos
App only works if you allow access to all photos. Thought it was only for trial version, but even after subscription, still only works if you allow them all access

Won’t let me cancel the free trial?? Keeps saying set up email and try again but there’s no option to set up your email
UPDATE: I emailed support and immediately received an automated response saying that they are “doing their best here” and describing how to cancel the subscription through the App Store. Clearly predatory, they’re hoping people will not be able to figure out how to cancel then just not bother.

It gives a 3 day free trial then payment. However it wants FULL access to your pictures and videos instead of limited access why? When I just want one picture converted.

Works good, messes up pic order
If you shoot with an iPhone in HEIC format, this app is great for converting them to jpgs. The annoying drawback is that the conversion process changes the file names to a annoyingly long name and screws up your picture order. Could this be addressed in future updates?

Идеальное приложение для работы с документами, если компьютер не видит формат фото с телефона. Сейчас подписка на год, смотрю что-то пофиксили и теперь процесс конвертации проходит еще быстрее, супер 🤘👍
Проблема с подпиской
Здраствуйте,решила затестить данное приложение и понять подходит ли мне,как итог после отключения пробной подписки ,не могу избавиться от попыток сервера списать денежные средства.Это очень угнетает ,не рекомендую данное приложение т.к связаться с поддержкой тоже не выходит .
Остается только написать отзыв,что не хотела делать .Надеюсь проблема решится.
