I opened this up and instantly get slapped in the face with a PAY NOW, NO ADDS!! ONLY 9.99$ A MONTH!!! with a small grey line saying to continue with standard mode. it took me a while to even find the way out of the popup because the line is not at all button like and is also light grey text on a white background. after this, you will notice big PREMIUM buttons scattered around. finally, I get to the app and it totally scrambles my text, and upon trying to rescan it the popup comes up again, only this time it’s blocking me from scanning the text a second time. I wish I deleted it as soon as the first popup came up.

Can’t use the app
I wanted to use an app like this for a while, but couldn’t find one until today. I went onto the app, and immediately there was an ad that said that I could pay $10 for no ads, the only thing is, I can’t exit this ad without paying $10. There’s no ‘X button’ no ‘skip button’ or anything else. Maybe it’s just my phone, but I don’t know.

Crashing
I really liked this app. The way it transfers images to text is awesome, and is helpful when I needed to have text read to a student. It worked like a dream for 20 pages. Now, it crashes right after it turns the image to text. I have only used this app for two days. I’ve closed all apps and have restarted the device, but it is still crashing. I paid for this app, so I am hoping the glitches get resolved.

It did its job
I downloaded this for a single use when I was feeling lazy this evening and didn’t want to manually type something I couldn’t copy/paste into a translator. Granted, I used a screenshot, so that was an advantage. Regardless, it worked quickly and almost perfectly, and I’ll probably use it again in the future.

Ads prevent you from actually using the app. Such a waste

It has many problems. Ads are long and you cant use the app until the ad stops playing. Ads are huge and will use a lot if data!!! The recognition itself ads random numbers and symbols and requires every single word to be corrected - NOT GOOD. And I'm talking about printed text on white paper. I can only imagine how terrible it is with written word. Avoid!

Full of ads that last forever. When you finally get the app to convert an image to text it does an awful job. Deleted app again after 5min.
Tricks you into paying
In the middle of using the app, a pop up appeared asking for Touch ID to authorize a "premium pack" purchase. I was NOT prompted ahead of time and DID NOT press any buttons to purchase anything. I had my thumb on the home button so before I realized what was happening, I had purchased some garbage crap content from this sneaky garbage app. Sad. Don't even download.
