Need things deleted permanently

The app will not let me delete everything and gives no option to delete anything in the app. Things just come back. I need everything deleted from this app immediately.

I can’t find any information on how often the credits renew. I would think if I’m paying a monthly subscription they should renew and I shouldn’t have to keep purchasing them. No point in paying the subscription if credits don’t renew
