Great app, it never crashes. Please support more videos sites! Thanks 🙏

Simple & Reliable

Really impressed with this image download app! Whether I’m browsing regular websites or saving photos from Instagram posts, it handles the task smoothly. Just copy the link, paste it in the app, and you get original quality images saved to your gallery. The UI is intuitive, and downloads are fast. I’ve tried many similar tools, and this one is the most reliable. Great job by the developer!

So far so good

I downloaded it several days ago, I just wonder if you will support downloading videos? I use the YouTube shorts downloading feature, will you support more?

Response from developer

Thanks for downloading and for your feedback! 😊 Good news — ImageGet already supports downloading videos: you can save Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts, both with sound, straight to your photo library. And yes, we're actively working on supporting even more video sources — so stay tuned for future updates!

Lost all pics

I updated the app and now all pics is gone. How can I get it back ?

Response from developer

Thank you for your feedback regarding your missing local files after updating the app. After a thorough technical verification, we would like to clarify the iOS system mechanism first: Official iOS app updates will never delete files saved in the App Documents folder. All user local data is completely reserved and migrated during normal version upgrades. Therefore, simply updating the app will not cause file loss. Based on your situation, the most likely reason for the missing local files is that the Clear All Local Files option in the app settings was accidentally triggered. This function is designed to completely clear all locally cached and saved app data, which will result in irreversible deletion of local files. In addition, rare scenarios such as incomplete system upgrade migration, abnormal app reinstallation, or system forced cleanup due to insufficient device storage may also cause data exceptions. Data Recovery Suggestion Unfortunately, local files cleared by the manual cleanup function cannot be directly recovered through the app. If you have previously saved your images to the system photo album via the app’s share/export function, those files are still retained in your device gallery and can be reused normally. We sincerely recommend that you back up important edited images to your phone album in time to avoid accidental data loss.
