Does not work for me
The screen displayed in the App Store is the only one I ever got. The camera I bought recommended this software but it useless. The camera seems to work on USB connection but not via its WiFi module. Waste of money.
Unable to get it to work
I may have bought this endoscope some years ago but it says your app should still be compatible with a new Apple phone. I follow the instructions with turning WiFi on and connecting my phone to you but the app does not acknowledge that it is connected. The device is charged and on but I am not able to have it connect to the app to give me a live video feed. Can’t you update your app so we can continue using your equipment?

Well conceived. Great product. The light adjustment is useful. Just under full light is the best.

Disconnects after a few seconds.
Why does it need access to cellular data?
You can’t connect until you turn off cellular data. Also in settings you cannot disable this apps access to cellular data, it is always on. Finally, took a few photos and it showed successfully taken on app. When I went to photos they were all gone.

Problem with connection to iPhone X
Even though the phone is connected to the device wifi the app does not detect the connection and keep waiting for the connection. The app is compatible with the phone according to App Store. I rated it 1 star because of the problem.
Great little Inspection Camera
Got it to and charged it up, down loaded the app and this thing works Great.👍👍👍👍👍
Connection error
This device can’t connect to the iPhone. Wifi connection made but the app keeps asking to connect to the device via Wifi. So annoying as that’s already done but doesn’t work. In short this is a waste of money and time.
Simple App, works well
The App is pretty simple and overall works well. There is the ability to record video and take pictures. The functionality to rotate the screen in 90 degree increments is a good feature. The image does show in mirror on the screen, making navigating more challenging so a mirror toggle is a much needed enhancement.

Update your software
Pretty sure this thing would be fun or mildly useful if the app didn’t continually lose connection with the WiFi portion of the unit. It says to “please connect to WiFi of the device or check device”....then resets any settings you have given it. Not changing my star until actual updates to this garbage software is done and I’m making sure NO ONE buys this crap until so as well, in my influential group of tech nerds and I’m contacting StackSocial to stop selling this crap if it doesn’t get fixed properly.

Terrible
I can’t connect the transmitter to my phone I have an iPhone 6s and I tried the process ten times. The app is says try connecting device to WiFi and I connected and reconnected several times. I do not recommend this product!!
Work well once you implement this fix
I also had the issue where it wouldn’t work until I turned off cellular data.
Just what I needed!
App Works set up was easy and I’ve got it to work. But the Video is reversed and it’s throwing me off.

Cellular Data needs to be turned off
It wasn’t mentioned in the instructions that it needs to turn off the cellular data for iPhone. Been trying for several minutes and it won’t connect. Finally after turning it off, voila it’s connected. The camera gets so hot.

Save your money. App does not work. Instructions make no sense. Does not power up. I’m returning this.
I felt ‘special’ for a minute.
So in addition to the whole cellular data off part the other most important part is PLUG THE CAMERA INTO THE WIFI DONGLE lol. I will freely admit to not doing this at first. After I did worked awesome.
A toy for some, useful for others
The optimal focus range is from approximately 1.5 inches to 2.5 inches. This means you cannot use it to look up your nose or similar restricted area, but it could do an adequate job of inspecting your teeth and throat. This also means that you cannot clearly see anything outside of this range. It does appear to magnify the view of what you can look at.
With the almost 12 foot stiff cable, you should be able to push it quite far into plumbing or under and behind appliances to locate objects. It would be extremely difficult to find objects buried in sofa crevices. Auto mechanics might find this very useful for inspecting inside engines.
The main drawback of the stiff cable is that it cannot be easily rotated, so the software has an image rotate function.
The tip does get hot when the lights are on full power. The lights don’t fully turn off.
