All temporary work visas can be grouped into a larger Professional visa bucket owning to the very nature of these visas, they are strictly issued for working professionals for a temporary period. Imagility’s Professional App enables temporary workers track petitions filed by their companies. The Professional app supplements the Imagility web application where the petitioner is registered and has entered all profile details. The beneficiary can track the status of the petition through this mobile app.
Any foreign citizen wishing to enter the United States must either obtain a non-immigrant visa for temporary stay or an immigrant visa for permanent residence. Temporary visas are mostly for those who enter the US for employment and therefore are issued for a fixed period, as against permanent/for an indefinite time period. For each of these visas, the prospective employer is the primary sponsor and hence needs to file a petition with U.S. Citizenship and immigration Services (USCIS). An approved petition is a mandatory prerequisite to apply for a work visa.
