There is no button for me to sign up with. When I try to do a login it says invalid. I even tried deleting it and downloading it back and it’s still like that. Why ?

I saw that timer and I still have time. But when I press the 6 on the keyboard while I have time, I LOST!!😡. That what happened to me.
