I accidentally purchased the annual Ultimate plan after believing the advertised price was $34/month. I was charged $442.80 upfront, which came as a surprise.
I canceled the subscription immediately, used 0 credits, and contacted support right away to request a refund. While I did receive automated emails and an initial response asking for more information, the refund process has been slow and frustrating.
The platform may have useful features, but my experience with the billing presentation and customer support response time has been disappointing. I hope the company improves transparency around annual billing charges and provides faster support for billing issues.
One suggestion: if you think there’s still a reasonable chance they may approve your refund, you might want to wait until they make a final decision before posting the review. If they do approve the refund, you can always decide afterward whether you still want to leave feedback about the billing experience.

This was a fantastic app until the devs decided to change things.
One of the best features was the real-time image generator but that was removed. The option to increase steps for image generation has also now been limited to very few art styles. Some of the very cool art styles have been replaced with rudimentary options which don’t produce high quality images.
The worst thing they’ve done is include a maximum number of daily images- even for the monthly and lifetime subscriptions
Overall, this app has been on a decline for months. It just keeps getting worse and worse. A 1 star review is generous

Lifetime is meaningless
I had an unlimited lifetime plan, they literally redid the entire original app so now they don’t have to honor that plan. I could make a ton of Ai images before and now I can hardly make any. They charged me 40 dollars for a lifetime plan 3 years ago and now went back on it like the crooks they are

Crashes now every time I even try and open the app. Plus too expensive now. It used to be good, but price went up too high.

So happy that you guys rewarded those early enough that supported your platform with spitting in their faces, AI generation is expensive so it was only natural the lifetime sub was a limited thing but now we basically gave you money just to shill us and beg for more money while giving us nothing in return now....Thanks guys!

À chaque mise à jour, c’est de plus en plus catastrophique… non messieurs les développeurs je n’ai pas besoin d’aide pour utiliser l’application, c’est de la daube, on a tous payé pour un service, et ce service se dégrade sévèrement depuis 2 ans… vous êtes vraiment les pires dev que je connaisse, et les plus voleurs… Voleurs et menteurs, je me chargerai d’éviter à toute personne que je connaisse d’investir un seul centime dans votre scam !

Poor Customer Support and No Accountability
I signed up for a 3-month offer thinking this would fit into my workflow, but unfortunately the credit system just didn’t work for what I needed. After trying it for about two weeks, I contacted customer support to cancel and requested a refund for the remaining time I wouldn’t be using.
That’s where things really went downhill.
It’s now been 3 months, and I still haven’t received any refund. Communication has been slow, unclear, and honestly frustrating. Customer support has been extremely disappointing and not helpful at all.
The tool itself might work for some people, but based on my experience, the lack of reliable support and accountability is a big red flag.
I do not recommend this service.

Burns Credits With No Results!
This used to be great, but now I continually get no video generation on models (maybe 1 out of 10 runs will generate), but since there’s no proof of work guarantee, my credits get burned off with no return!

I currently have a subscription to this app, only because I am not able to get out of it. The “manage subscriptions” function on the website does not work, nor does the ability to cancel one’s subscription through the iPhone app. I really do not know how I’m going to get out of this subscription.

After this new update, I lost all of my photos I have generated, I’m seriously upset and disappointed and would like a refund.
