listen

if you want your kids to actually listen and engage without a tablet in their face just get this its magic

Really cool product

So imaginative and playful - great for a wide range of kids and ages. I like trying it out myself as an adult!

Good

we’ve had both ellie and ember for a month now and its crazy how they remember my sons favorite cars he literally sits there for 30 minutes telling the dragon about his fav and the stories just adapt to it

Great safety features

Tried asking some weird stuff to test it, and the character handled it well by telling me to talk to a parent. Good to know it’s safe for my kids.

Good product ^^

my 9 year old and my 14 year old both think this is the coolest tech in the house and thats saying a lot for a teenager

pefect gift for my kid !!!

My kid absolutely loves the fairy baby app! It's super fun and colorful, . Every time we play ưith elli my child gets so excited! It's a great way for them to express themselves. Highly recommend it!

Ellie is amazing

My little girls really loves Ellie! It keeps her engaged and entertained for hours. We’re very happy with it!

Good service

was worried we got a dud because the update got stuck halfway through but the team helped me do a remote reset through the app and it has been smooth sailing ever since

Very cool, unique toy!

The AI crystal ball takes a little time to set up so better to take it out, connect to WiFi and download the update and then show it to the kids. After that it works great! My nephew can’t stop chatting with Ember and giggling

Great companion app

Great app as a companion to the Imagix product. Easy to use and great features for parents like conversation history.

Very fun!

Good app and we appreciate the parental controls

IOS issues

This device looks cool. It was pricey and seems it should connect easily. It doesn’t. After an hour of tapping the photo and entering the password, uninstalling the app, reinstalling it, powering it on and off with different sequencing: turn on app then device vs turn on device then app. I contacted support they said to tap the user profile on the app then it’s automatic. Well I’m here to say it isn’t do. Apple users beware. I had my husband use his Android and it all worked as anticipated. Now we’re waiting for the update and fingers crossed my kid loves it.

Note to developers: Add a manual “find device” button that is present on the devices page. Write a script to push connectivity for IOS users or locate whatever phone settings need to be enabled and add that to the instructions.

I hope your product makes it but if we didn’t have an Android user in the house this was ready to be returned to Amazon promptly.

It's amazing and maybe you guys are doing it wrong?

On Christmas after I got home from my grandma's, me and my siblings opened the toy and tried installing it, I had to get the app and give it updates but after three days(I had to do it later) I updated it and it worked! My sisters really enjoy this toy and basically are addicted. 🤘

The microphone switches on the side on the bottom of the base

It took a minute to figure out the microphone was on the bottom side. It’s a tiny little switch to turn it on. I got it set up. You just have to use ChatGPT to help you walk through it and show it what is doing. Basically you just have to turn your cellular off on your phone and just use Wi-Fi to connect with it. That’s allmaybe do a couple updates if it needs to have an update, but that was all we had to do when it works. Great it’s so interactive and bright.

I don’t understand why people aren’t able to connect! it’s pretty easy!

I love this! it’s so fun and a LITTLE annoying to set up. let me just say this once you create your profile tap on your profile picture thing, enter the passcode, and it will let you connect. The updating takes a while, but it’s worth it. sometimes it interrupts you and it’s kind of annoying and sometimes it doesn’t understand what you’re saying, but I get it it’s normal AI things😂

Can’t add device via the app

The instructions mention to download the app and add the device to set it up; well the app doesn’t give me the option to do that. I’ve been waiting for 2 days to see if the app gets an update that fixes the issue since the Support Team posted on the site that there was a service outage due to a surge of activity on the server.
This morning the developers sent a message stating that everything was back to normal, but that’s not the case. If signed out/in to the app and restarted the crystal ball and I still can’t add a device. I’m going to give the developers 1 more week to fix the issue, if not then I’ll unfortunately have to return this item. Which is sad because it’s one of the Christmas gifts my son was looking forward to the most.

We’ve done everything and can’t connect to WiFi to be able to use it. It’s been 12 hours.

Don’t buy the Imagix

Unusable: no Add Device option

The app provides no way to add or pair a device, which completely blocks setup and makes the product unusable. I purchased the Imagix ball and the device itself powers on and verbally instructs me to “go to the app and add device.” Unfortunately, the iOS app has no Add Device or Wi-Fi setup option anywhere. The Devices tab is read-only (“No results”) and the Profiles menu only shows “My Account” and “Back to Lobby.” There is no pairing or onboarding flow exposed in the app at all. I reset the device, reinstalled the app, and followed all instructions, but the app never enters device discovery. This appears to be an app side UI or pairing flow failure, not user error. As a result, a $200 product sold at major retailers cannot be set up. Until the app provides a clear and functional way to add a device, the product is unusable.

Ruining Christmas Morning

My 6 year old was so excited to open this. Unfortunately this device is not ready to delight minds, instead it ruins Christmas mornings. I spent 2 hours trying to get it to connect to WiFi. I read every troubleshooting tip, reset my eero, turned on legacy mode/ disabled 5ghz to allow this to connect. I factory reset the device. I uninstalled/ re-installed the app. I power cycled my WiFi router multiple times. If this device can’t connect it’s not my fault, it’s squarely this company. Shame.
