TOTAL FRAUD

I originally purchased this because there were supposed to be a three day trial for the year yearly plan only but it charged me the full amount and then the app doesn’t work at all. It keeps saying that there’s something off with the server and try back later and it been that way for over two weeks and I was charged $54 total for something that doesn’t work in Apple will not refund it and the developers don’t respond to anything. It’s a total fraud. I don’t know how on earth applicant approved such developers to sell products in their App Store.
