Not a good app
I’ve had this app for several years. About three years ago the search bar field went black and you can’t see where you’re typing. I sent several messages to the developer, but no response.. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall sense, but it will not work on my iPad at all anymore and you still can’t see what you were typing in the search bar. No support whatsoever if these problems were fixed it would be an awesome app and it has been an past. Don’t waste your money on this application until someone wakes up and fixes the glitches.

I have used this app for years and loved it. For a few weeks now when I open it on my iPhone it instantly crashes. I’ve tried everything and nothing helps. It’s useless!
Poor app and expensive.
Fails to open properly on my iPhone. Freezes and fails to let you print address.
Crashes even on the latest iphones
Won’t even start up. Crashes immediately.

iMaps doesn’t work
Since the V18 iOS updates on iPhones my version of the app has lost its search functionality and becomes unstable when you try to search. There appears to be no updates of bug fixes since 2007? A years wasted subscription hoping for a fix and still it doesn’t work. Will cancel it now before it renews again.

Doesn’t work on iPhone
This app always worked well on my iPhone but now shuts down as soon as it opens . Works okay on iPad but very disappointed about the app on

I’ve paid the annual subscription for this app for several years now, but I think we’re coming to the end now.
It was initially great, but apart from the annual wrestle to convince the app that yes, I have paid, give me my access back 🙄 (which I emailed the developer about every year and didn’t receive one single reply ever), it’s obviously been completely abandoned by the developers.
The search bar - on my iPad version at least - goes black after any search, so to be able to actually read what I’m typing in there I have to close down and reboot the app for every single search I’m trying to enter.
This has been like this for months now, with no sign of the developers fixing it. If this was a free app, then fair enough, but when you’re paying a subscription to use it it’s not good enough.

I can not get it to stay on.
It will not stay on and I can’t seem to report the problem. When I try it sends me to facebook which I don’t have . Would like to purchase but it won’t let me
Love this App but it’s stopped working
Much better than simple Google maps BUT it has stopped working on my iPhone 12 since a recent system upgrade. Seems impossible to get help on this. The app just dies away when you try to open it. Particularly annoying when one pays a a hefty annual fee for it.
As of December 2024, suddenly not working 😡
This app has suddenly started crashing every time I try to open it on my iPhone 14 Pro (with iOS 18.2 update). On my iPad it still functions OK, but I really need it on my phone! Looks like other users are affected, judging by the most recent comments here. I’ve reported the problem to the app owners, but have had no response at all. Hello, anybody there?

No longer working
Have been using this app for quite a few years now. But since the IOS 18 update it will not work. Will no longer allow me to enter a location in the search bar. Please sort this out.

App not able to use search locator - app keeps freezing. Reported problem but no response. Use to be a very good app. But can’t use it at all now.
Stopped working.
November 2024, just stopped working. Downloaded it a couple more times but just crashes moments after opening. Sad because it’s been my go to app for directions and traffic, and the street view was brilliant. What’s gone wrong??
