Love ….. absolutely love her items, however can u please only put what sizes you have available? When having sales, etc sizes that are not available are listed and they are not available due to being sold out, its giving hope but with fail lol, or state the option of restocking soon…

Can’t get answers
I recently purchased a dress that was preorder in May. A week later received an email stating that my package was on the way. Ups states they don’t have possession of the order yet. Called the boutique and she said I had to send an email to find the order. Sent one email and it stated will respond within 48hrs. Sent another email 4 days later. No response. I’ve never had an issue with this boutique. All I want is my dress. It’s been almost a month with no response.

Never enough inventory
I stop going on this site because there is never anything left in my size. One time I reached out to see if the item will be restocked and got no reply. So today I decided to go back on the website and once again, nothing is in stock. I’m not trying anymore. This is annoying. There are beautiful clothes but they are always out of stock. Take it down if you don’t have it anymore.

I love her products but the exchange and no refund policy is livid when you live so far you want to be able to trust y the person you buying items from it was a pleasure to shop with them but the items are not what they are to be I the description box I paid 79.00 for a pair of jeans and can’t even wear them going off the description and I bought 2 pair wh I is the hurtful part so my advice is if you can’t go in and try it on don’t but it and as a customer if you are going to model your product do a whole 360 maybe it will help some customers

Cool but needs a few improvements
Although the items are cute, often the quality isn’t truthful. Also it hard to truly see the material as well as fit. It’s not much for processing returns nor contact with issues. I like the presentation but it’s starting to push me away from the site.

Outfits
So disappointed in this app and buying experiences. I have patiently waited to 10 am to purchase something and wondering how is it sold out at 10:01 am .. Then I dislike how there isn’t a 360 view of ALL the outfits when displaying . Plus I dislike the No refund or exchange policy . But I gave it a chance . As I have brought something that was tight around my next and couldn’t fasten.. So I decided to keep and place in my give to Goodwill pile ..

App good, customer service bad
The app is amazing. Very easy to navigate. The customer service is horrible. The app says shipping 5-7 business days so the owner thinks that includes the time of handling as well and states that she has 5-7 business days to ship. I believe she does not know the difference between handling and shipping and was very condescending about it. She lost a customer but given her attitude I don’t think she cares. It’s a good thing that her boutique isn’t the only boutique that sells the exact same clothing.
