Not user friendly
While I don't expect full functionality of the sightmax operqtor gui from a mobile app, this is almost useless for my needs. The main reason I wanted to use this product was to get a view of active chats and waiting chats in our company support queue. You are given one view of all VISITORS. This may work for some people, but when you have to sift through 150 visitors to see there are 10 active chats and 2 waiting to be answered, it's difficult to feel like your getting your $40 worth. I'd suggest you carry a netbook with the full version of their operator GUI and find wifi when needed.
Give me the ability to get an active and waiting chats only view and I will change my tune with this app. Until then, I will only use this if absolutely necessary.

Mobile Website Monitoring...I like!
We are a new client to the SightMax chat and have been busy setting this up on our servers and websites. I decided to purchase the iPhone app and evaluate during our install and testing phase. So far in my tests I have been very please with the app's functionality and response time to website visitors and chat requests. Nice job iMaximo! After I get some solid use with real clients, I will come back and update my review but for now, I give it 4 stars!
