Asking for renewal even already having valid subscription

Am using Mahindra city maxx 1.4 and i have a one year subscription but always showing for the renewal, i didn’t use the i maxx even one properly am paying 2700 for nothing. Please fix this issue as soon as possible

Lag and automatically stop working

This apps works not well. Sometimes it’s stop working automatically. Sometimes it’s logout automatically, and whenever I try to login again, it always required the password change and it doesn’t work for a long time. please fix this issue.

The app doesn’t show live location.
It is also very difficult to create a trip ans assign route. Showing 3 days old location of vehicle.
