Improve My City empowers users to improve their city in collaboration with local administration. The application allows citizens to report all types of issues related to their neighbourhood such as, broken lamps, abandoned cars, trashcan absence, etc. The reported issues are immediately transferred to the appropriate municipality department in order to get fixed. Municipality: This app has been customized for the needs of the Municipality of Thessaloniki and is fully interconnected with the corresponding web-based application: http://opengov.thessaloniki.gr/imc LIABILITY DISCLAIMER: The application is based on the ImproveMyCity (IMC) platform and DOES NOT REPRESENT the Municipality of Thessaloniki. The IMC platform sends data in the Municipality which has the territorial responsibility of the mentioned issues and its settlement concerns exclusively the services of the local authorities.
