Completely broken
I don't know what has happened, but this app has become jumbled and unusable. Very disappointed. Especially for an overpriced app for professionals that holds you hostage because if you cancel your subscription, they strip your page of information you have long since paid for. I think it's time for an entirely new company that is competitive and infinitely more usable.

Worst site
It's the most difficult website to sign up for being they are linked with Amazon. No phone number to get ahold of a tech support person. Amazon is useless when it comes to helping you sign up.

For a paid service, this isn’t cool
I’ve been trying to edit my featured projects for an hour now and it never applies once I click through. If this is a paid service, there should be a direct line to customer service. But there’s not. It wouldn’t give me their email after filling out a survey.
Age restriction
I set this up for minor child which I control. She has no access. I control it all but the app will not let me in.

Essentially no real vetting for films, credit ranking, or even the actual production company’s getting credit. It’s kinda funny. I could literally break into the top 1000 in a month if I wanted. Maybe I’ll do it with a fake actor profile just to prove a point haha

Search function buggy
Click search — search bar opens — I start typing — search bar boots me out. I have to click search again. This happens at every startup for the last month.
What the Hell happened?
You took a perfectly decent App and broke it. I’ve been a paying member for a dozen years. Until November this app gave me enough information to follow and track almost everything I needed. Now the damn thing won’t even open! My advice to all other abandoned members: just use the website like we used to do. 😠

Literally haven’t been able to open the app for a month and i’m paying for this service. Come on how do you release a build that hangs on launch without testing of any sort??

All of sudden, this app -- for which I pay $200/year -- won't open. Pathetic. Please fix.
UPDATE: deleting/reinstalling the app solved the problem. Rating updated, with a star docked for the PITA factor.

APP WON’T OPEN
The app literally DOES NOT WORK. I’m on iPad and you can’t open it at all. It’s been a week, and it’s been frozen on the IMDbPro title page. Like, are you trying to make the app obsolete and push us to browser only? FIX THE APP!!!
