Poor App
I have bought imedi L insurance and thought this would be better but not. Provider clinics could not instantly contact and give their service. You need to pay and then upload to this app which is absolutely awful. Ux is good but it does not work, even when you tap on next button. I will not recommend this insurance because of poor use and app

Very easy to use. I find it most helpful for booking doctor appointments and requesting reimbursements quickly. These features make it convenient and save time.
