BEST CAMERA ON THE MARKET
I wish I could write a book! I wish I knew exactly how many years ago I got this camera and I put it outside in a covered area. Maybe some of you can tell me when we very first started getting these baby cams and other types of indoor/outdoor cameras. It was a long long time ago.!! AT THE VERY LEAST, MY SISTERS AND I HAVE PROBABLY HAD A MINIMUM OF 20 DIFFERENT TYPES OF CAMERAS . This camera, my sweet little. IMEGA ( imega) was my very first camera . It has never flickered once.! After all the cameras that me and my sisters have purchased, this little imega wins hands down! THANK YOU iMEGA !! IT IS GOING STRONG AS EVER !!!

Video issue
My camera shows notification for motion but when I open the app it’s going on. Not opening the online video
Alarms not notifying me
Since update, I no longer receive notifications to my phone from the app when motion sensor has been triggered
Was working fine until this last update
Now after the app finds the camera online, when I try to open it to view the live stream it is just a black screen with the loading wheel that keeps turning.

Why’s not working anymore?
I have 8 cameras, they have been working for about year. Now I’m not getting any notifications of triggered alarms. Since I’m using them as security cameras when I’m not at home it’s now totally useless!
And I’m electronic technician.. I tried everything and I’m now sure that it’s problem with the server in China...

Stopped working
Won’t work with latest iPhone update. It shows the camera is online but when I open is just a loading circle with a black screen for infinity. I have a senior dog at home and it is super stressful not to be able able to check in on her. :(

I had this camera for over two years and it just stopped connecting. I’ve tried resetting and connecting again and it won’t connect. Does anyone else have this issue right now? Is there any way I can fix this?
Works, for the most part.
We have used this app for my daughter’s camera since she was born 18 months ago. Besides a few slow WiFi times, it has worked well. The biggest problem we have is the inability to download video from the app.
It broke the app or the security cam
Well I need help I am trying to fix this I a 8 years old and I am sad to find out that my cam broke I used this cam to keep my sister out from my room but 5 months it broke it worked fine 5 months ago but now here in 2019 no I might fix it but I can’t we’ll I guess life is not about security cams well I am trying to fix it please help or reply with advice help

Can't access sound or microphone
Ever since iOS 11 the sound (mic) button has been broken. Taking it crashes the app 100% of the time. No support for over a year. Do not buy this camera/app.

Worked fine until update. Now crashes when trying to talk through it.

My family has had the cameras for about 1-2 years now and they still work perfectly! We have used them for so many things in the house and it made it so much easier to see things around the house. It has even prevented a dog in our house from getting injured. Now we have a puppy and use it more than ever. Thanks you so much for the amazing app and camera. 😊

Great at first and now won’t connect
Worked great before and now won’t connect to my WiFi after having moved AND completed all the trouble shooting - nothing works. No connection.
No longer working
Has been great for over a year , however now it no longer works , it states connected ,press to view and you just get spinning timer on screen . Not sure if this is since an iOS update or why . When it worked it was great

If I don’t have SD card inserted, what does it mean by local/online on video tab? Does it save in phone? If yes, why can’t have functionality to save alarm locally. Is it possible?

Not sure what happened, it has worked for us for almost 5 months and then out of no where yesterday it shows my camera is connected but I get a black screen that just spins forever and never loads. Looks like I am not the only one who has had this issue. 😡

Hi I had done update 12 on my I pad air 2 and the app wouldn’t open so I did a system restore on it through iTunes and it worked you just have to fix it

Oct 2, 2018. Trying to access my camera and nothing. App does not work cannot access my camera! What gives! It worked perfect till you did updates?
This app does not work on my iPad since the 12.0 update.
