Incredible app
I order from this app at least once a week. It’s a local business and doesn’t rip off people like DoorDash and Uber eats. It’s completely fair for people and the restaurants are very tasty.

We ordered lunch through the recently updated app. Our order was ready by the time we reached the restaurant. This app saved lot of time and not to mention $$ as it allowed to use the coupons as well. 👍👍

this app has been so convenient for me! there’s so many places around san diego that are on here and i’ve been using it for over two years now. there’s so many deals with neighboring restaurants and it’s so easy to order their food. there’s coupons and loyalty point programs that have been so beneficial and saved me money. definitely recommend checking this app out and seeing what restaurants are around you!

Extra Fees
This app charged me $8 to use. I understand tipping when I get service but I don’t understand paying to make my own order. Mind you I had a dietary question about a menu item but no one answered the phone when I called numerous times. The 5th time I called it simply rang once then hung up. When we got there at the pick up time given in the confirmation email they were not even aware of our order. They are now closed and we are waiting for food that was paid for over an hour ago. My husband had to leave for work and couldn’t wait so we had to send my son to pick the food up. We spent $91 on a whim that turned into a whole fiasco. I’m still stuck on what my $8 went towards. It certainly wasn’t convenience nor good service. NEVER AGAIN

terrible app and has a mess of restaurants that are poorly managed. have had more than one order messed up or gone to restaurants that no longer exist

I never leave reviews, but this service is terrible. I’m still waiting on the credit that they promised me weeks ago.

App no longer works at all...immediately says canceled when you select anything...installed update hoping it would fix the problem but no...app will not allow you to place orders or even log out

Crashes in the middle of order
I have been using this app for well over a year now and the latest update somehow seems to crash the app multiple times at the checkout screens. I have tried logging out and reinstalling but it keeps happening for some weird reason because of which no order can be placed anymore.
Their coupons are also valid only for in app hence using the web app as an alternative doesn’t work either.

Not the slickest looking but does the job
I prefer to place all my take out / carry out orders online for ease of ordering. I also like to be able to specify the collection time, though I’ve noticed recently that selecting time other than that highlighted causes the app to crash 😒 little bit annoying - please fix

WOW! I didn't think that there could be an app this amazing! My friend recommended this app and I am so happy she did! I also recommended this to my friends and received coupons when they also use the app. I could easily order my food instead of waiting. I saved so much time by not waiting in line for my carry out. I ordered food from Lai Thai and was happy with my experience. I am gonna use this so much with the other restaurants saving time to gobble it down!😂

Changes Needed
Very small amount of restaurants are available , such a small amount that it appears almost insignificant to the industry , for now this app is nothing less than an atrocity that needs to be dealt with
