Atrociously bad app

Who cleared this app for release? I can’t even create an account because its SMS component doesn’t work - and why do you even need an SMS verification system if I can, for example, log in with an Apple account??? The security system in the app displays the ‘human verification’ questions only in Chinese, and the geolocation keeps defaulting to Germany - I am trying to use this in Thailand. Please fix this mess.

Все круто работало, а сейчас если соединение пропало, заново подключить не получается

Пропало соединение

Больше года все работало, как часы. Но недавно камера потеряла соединение с хабом и не хочет подключаться. Удалял устройства. Хаб сразу находится, а камера не соединяется с ним! Обновите приложение, пожалуйста

Постоянная проблема первого числа начала месяца не записывает полдня и после зарядки не подключается

Постоянные глюки а вчера после очередной зарядки перестала подключаться к вай фай и устройство стало бесполезным только орехи колоть.

На официальном сайте камера с22 продается , но в приложение ее нету и не дает подключить камеру .

A qualidade da imagem da câmera é boa mas para você conferir as gravações é uma lentidão, isso é se carregar, venho tendo estresse ao tentar acessar as filmagens , não voltarei a comprar.

When the app works, it’s fine but suddenly it will shut down and sign you out and it’s impossible to sign back in again.
The camera isn’t the fault; it’s the app. What’s the point if the other half doesn’t function?
Best thing to do is NOT buy Imilab cameras. Save yourself money and frustration.

Не подключается, поддержка не работает

Попытался подключиться несколько раз, сначала просто вылетало, далее выдало что устройство не поддерживается в данном регионе, обратился в поддержку с данным вопросом, несколько дней тишина

Não funciona direito

Baixo e faço login, consigo acessar as câmeras. Após um tempo entro no app de novo, ele sai da minha conta, quando vou fazer login de novo dá erro. Aí preciso desinstalar e instalar de novo pra conseguir logar.

O app parou de funcionar no iPad

O app não abre mais no iPad. Já desinstalei e instalei novamente, mas não funciona.

Disappointed!

Kept loading but at the end it says “upload bug report.” Been trying for few times but still not working! I don’t know what is the real problem. Sooo disappointed with this apps!

Parou de funcionar com o 4G. Só funciona com Wi-Fi agora.

Cant log in

I couldn’t log in for few days now. The app just stays on loading mode after i put my password in. Please fix this as I really need to see what’s going on back home!

Меняет язык самостоятельно!!!

После последнего обновления идет смена языка на китайский. Каждый раз!!!
