Lots of software bugs to be a paid pro app
I had to reinstall the app 3 times only to do in-house test so far. First time it hanged and didnt work at all. Second time the option to load files from my folders dissapeared and only admits load files from itunes and video files not even had this possibility. Iām in the third day testing imix16 pro64 and tomorrow I have a big show. A bit dissapointed to have spent 50 bucks and I doubt someone supports me by having bought an app with more than 2 years without an updated version

Update would bring more problems than solutions, because now app works on older devices and iOS versions not just the new ones. And this is important to us and the users as well. Perfect For The Job!!
Runs my stage show with ease. Very user friendly, sleek, and quick. Unfortunately had to move to other competitor software to run my AirTurn pedal. Would have used forever otherwise.
Simply brilliant!
Used this app in anger for live theatre music shows using stills, audio and video for projection. Totally flawless and a dream to use. Very very stable and reliable. Will play more as time goes by and report to developer if i can find worthwhile ideas to get this even more useful. If you want professional video playout where you can also use stills and audio, then this is for you. So much more simple than Qlab and nowhere near the cost. This is a steal at the price for this app and all running from an ipad. 10 out of 10 all the way.

Great midi implementation for live music show
I am so excited to have this app, it does everything I have been looking for. I have a live music show with synthesizers and sequenced MIDI tracks, I can embed MIDI messages in my sequences to trigger videos and still images in sync with my music. I am a one person show, so I don't have the luxury of another tech triggering and watching my video and still image/slide cues. The MIDI works flawlessly and is totally programmable, nearly every critical aspect of the app can be assigned a MIDI message control value of my choosing and easily edited at any time. It is so awesome! An iPad dock provides the video out and MIDI input and output. It works great. This app is truly a professional media player and works great for the advertised purpose. No other app I could find can so easily and simply do these tasks from the iPad. If you are looking to work with the iPad rather than a laptop, you won't want to pass this up. The best part is the free version let me try before buy, so I had nothing to lose. I am happy to have purchased the Pro 64 version and would recommend to anyone!

This app is incredible, I run a tribute act show and I have been wanting to find something that can automate video and audio cues for my live show, I can concentrate on my performance now and not worry about whether or not the video will work, it's solid and reliable, I even have a background logo on the slideshow that I have projected whilst the show is in progress, one point though, I wish it could play animated gif's in the slideshow.

We used to hire a video engineer to play videos onto our fast fold screen whilst our drummer started the clicks from his ipad, this app is a god send, thhe drummer does his normal job of pressin play on his ipad to start the click track, but this time the video is synced ( video engineer wasn't too happy though )

Meh...
For the price, this app is very limited. First, there should be an EQ on each track page. Second, you shouldn't have to go to settings to have a PLAY/STOP and PLAY/PAUSE on the same page. Third, there should be a time screen and a wheel for precise cueing and a cueing lock button for precise syncing on each page. Last, the pages look unappealing...too simple. If you look at DJ apps, they look like the real thing. Even with luster, light reflection, and so forth.

Love the app, but the new multiple playing videos is causing memory crashes. Would love the option to turn that off.

Amazing app. Have used for sound for two live theatre productions and it has everything I need and more! Every update has added a function that is very useful. Love this app.
Excellent for schools.
Bought this for A-Level classes so they could operate their sound effects and music for their assessments. They find it easy to use and hooked up it big speakers it does the job. Would definitely pay for the full package.

This is the best app for playing tracks and video. I have used it for about 4 months and it have never let me down in a live show. If you are a sound engineer for a artist this is the app to have. I also want to thank the developer for the great service. This app is worth the money. Thanks again
Sounds Crack During Transitions
I bought this for a traveling children's theater show. The idea was to reduce sound gear to an iPad and bluetooth speakers. In theory, this app would be an amazing tool for such productions.
Unfortunately, the sounds cut and pop as I transition from one track to another. I used only iTunes-based music, all of which works perfectly.
I would be delighted to upgrade this review, but for $30, I really needed this to work without a hitch.
