The volume always cancels itself
The app is useless if you can’t hear what the AI is saying. The volume simply doesn’t work. I’ve tried several lessons, it only to read the subtitles , because the voice is always mute. Yes, I’ve checked the settings, in case you were wondering.

App constantly glitching, taking forever to load on iphone 16 pro max, and e-mail verification system is broken too, getting error 500 (server error).

Can’t login to my account using Apple ID; the support is not helpful

I really wanted to like this app, but the functionality is low, and not being able to select sections I’m actually focusing on is a bummer. I will admit, I think I’m salty about this app after being strong armed into downloading it for passing a Coursera course.
Does not work
App doesn’t work and gets stuck on the “finishing up” part while loading. Tried on multiple devices, doesn’t work. Contacted their customer support but their solution was : which version are you using? Well maybe wait for the next update coming up in fall” after I had already told them of the issue on 2 separate occasions and mentioned its the most recent version.
