Great app
Not sure why everyone is so down on this app I have no problems with it at all even from the start having never used it before I found it simple to use and the camera connections were great and crystal clear! Love it! If you’re the one who says this is absolutely the worst app ever and it is completely vulnerable I might recommend that you shop at Tonka Toyland or Playdough i don’t think this app is for those who aren’t expecting the cameras to simply jump up out of the box and program and install themselves!!!

Nearly worthless app
I’m unable to use the videos during alert notifications. I can see the live cameras if I initiate the video but when the monitoring service sends an alert, nothing.
Also, iPhone will not store the username and password for this app.

Worst App Ever
Connection to cameras, nearly impossible. Maybe 1 in 10 attempts to access cameras will be successful. Absolutely the most lame and inept “security” system app on the planet. Totally unreliable, completely unusable, job site totally vulnerable and accessible to any thief; even the dumbest most lunatic homeless person can walk away with anything they want. In a word…stupid. When incidents are reported none appear on the application. Other features like arm system or disarm system not functional. Actual security stations alarms, horns, strobes don’t work when activated. Great system…for suckers wanting to waste thousands of dollars a month….total rip off. Need to research other companies.

Terrible app. Can never open the cameras when needed. Just sits there and loads over and over. Just ridiculous.
