ImmoAufnahme: Handover Report

Please note: the app interface is in German. The finished handover report can be exported in English, Turkish, Polish and Russian. You walk through the apartment and say what you see. ImmoAufnahme turns it into the handover report, room by room, with photos, meter readings, keys and signatures. The finished PDF is ready before you are back in the car. HOW IT WORKS "Kitchen, window handle is loose." The app recognises the room, the item and its condition and files everything in the right place. If you prefer typing, type. Both lead to the same result. ALL FEATURES • Move-in and move-out as separate reports, linked per property • Rooms with photos and findings, graded as fine, signs of use and defect, with responsibility and deadline • Evidence photos with markers, from the camera or the photo library • Meter readings: take a photo, the digits are suggested, you check and confirm • Keys by type and number, at move-out compared against move-in • Signatures from everyone present, on the device, with a note on who was absent • Statements from the parties on a finding, verbatim in the report • Joint review before signing, step by step, only the open points if you like • Move-in against move-out, room by room: what was already there, what is new • Supplement as a separate document, the original stays untouched • Repair extract for the tradesperson: only the selected defects and photos, no contact details or signatures • Wohnungsgeberbestätigung, the landlord's confirmation of residence for the registration office, created from the move-in report and signed on the iPhone if you like (form in German) • Templates with rooms and checkpoints, set up once, picked for every handover • Search across addresses, rooms, findings, names and meter numbers • Company logo and details in the PDF • Report in German, English, Turkish, Polish or Russian • Backup as a file, with the original photos if you want • Light or dark, like your iPhone THE APP CHECKS BEFORE YOU FINISH If a meter reading, a signature or a photo of a defect is missing, the app says so while you are still on site. Exactly the gaps that get expensive half a year later in a dispute over the deposit. WORKS WITHOUT RECEPTION Basement, underground garage, new build without a connection: recording continues. Reports, photos and signatures stay on the device, and the PDF is created there too. WHO IT IS FOR For estate agents, property managers and landlords who have to prove the condition an apartment was handed over in. And for anyone who does this once a year and still wants it done properly. YOUR DATA STAYS WITH YOU Reports, photos, addresses and signatures stay on the device. To recognise a spoken sentence or a meter reading, only that one sentence or that one photo is transmitted, nothing else. Details in the privacy policy. The first report is free. No sign up to try it, no advertising. Apple's standard terms of use apply: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
