Neu: Datenschutzinformation für Mieter Die Pflichtinformation nach Art. 13 DSGVO entsteht jetzt auf Knopfdruck – beim Abschluss im Mietvertrags-Assistenten oder jederzeit über die Mieterkarte. Das PDF nennt die tatsächlich verarbeiteten Daten, die Zwecke mit Rechtsgrundlage, die von dir gewählten Empfänger und die Löschfristen. Auf Wunsch geht es direkt per E-Mail an den Mieter, und jede Ausfertigung wird mit Datum und Fassung protokolliert. Außerdem: • Nachkommastellen bei Mieten, Beträgen und Wohnflächen funktionieren wieder – auch die Tastatur zeigt jetzt das Komma • Mieten von Teilobjekten fließen wieder in alle Gesamtsummen ein • Immobilien lassen sich als „steht aktuell nicht zur Vermietung" markieren und bleiben aus der Vermietungsquote heraus • Das Datum der letzten Mieterhöhung ist erfassbar, inklusive Hinweis auf die Sperrfrist • Mietvertrag: korrekte Kautionsgrenze, dreistufige Erlaubnis-Klauseln und Textkorrekturen • Abo-Status wird beim Web-Abgleich nicht mehr zurückgesetzt
