Lack of style

No different styles of hair, no choices of hair dye! One of the best feature of mmorpg is to have stylish look coz its ugly if all players have the same look. Only 4 classes so its too bland. No free vip, very less reward that makes players feel bored. Therefore its not fun to play! I would love to spend if its worth it but nahh this game is too ehh?
