Developers don’t care
For context. I am the games’s de facto top spender having put 33k+ USD into the game. It’s charming, but with lots of issues. Constant event spam, events jumping out of nowhere despite there being a calendar. Support responds super slow and when given a dedicated channel, might just ignore your feedback all the way. Content comes out at a snails pace and the game is bleeding players every day. Horrible decisions made all around like poor value packs and overstimulating players for money with paid events. Points shop exchange rates worse than a 1938 German bread shop and 0 suggestions taken from whales or normal players.

The game it’s really great and Fun, but I literally stop playing for ONE DAY and I lose my account with all my stuff, and I put money on this game too, dat disappointed me so bad, but it don’t mean the game it’s bad

Great game but glitchy at times
I did a transaction that offered extra rewards when buying 3 different things, I bought the 3 things but it said I was missing one even after I checked my bank account and confirmed, if that could be amended I wouldn’t have any complaints about the game.
