I’ve been playing this game for years, but I just tried to get a refund on some things my kid bought and they suspended my account until I purchased them again! And it’s not cheap to go through this in Canada. I didn’t even get the refund!

I love this game everyone said the money I spend how much the games guess what I don’t spend any money the game you can have fun with it and you don’t need to spend money the only issue I have is trying to get my dogs a play mate what is not easy I just wish there was a faster way to get a play mate in the game

Played it for years but it’s a money pit and there’s an account that has millions of fake alts
You will enough money to pay off a mortgage for a house, and if you’re unfortunate enough to have your server merged into one where certain individual owns a million of alt accounts, forget about winning any contests, so you’ll be better off throwing that money in the toilet, because that’s what it will feel like. Also there have been no updates on the story, or the dates for years, literally!!

Still playing but only because my friend asked me too. The story which is the most interesting part of the game, rarely updates . They keep adding ways to spend $$. I’ve quit spending . Just too expensive . The game is a lot less enjoyable when you don’t spend a lot of money . You can’t really win any contests or get the cool outfits . Wish they would stop adding contests and focus on what drew the majority of us players to the game …. The story which, the dates and the men in the story can only be updated so far and then no more . The dates section ends at level 12. Be nice if they added more dates . But really we want the actual story
Thoroughly enjoy playing except I wish I could recover my followers more then once a day. Can’t play until I can recover them without having to spend $$ every few minutes to keep playing. That’s gonna get old and I’ll quit . Should be a way around it

Left high and dry
Spent a lot of money on this game and haven’t been able to get on for 3 months. It just loads and loads. Yes I’ve trained un- and re-installing the app. I’m so disappointed. I’ve spent hundreds of dollars on it within 2 yrs and now I can’t even enjoy it. So disappointing. No one to talk to to even get a refund. I feel so robbed 😭

Loved the game but…..
Once a pone a update I use to love the game and have spent way too much money on my character ( Lilly Leah) then came the update and the game is not supporting the new Apple update . I am still trying to log on , in the hope it magically works again, I know sad but hope dies last.
Ignoring people
I have been playing this game for about 2 years if not more. Is an interesting game but get a bit slow and boring to play because you need diamonds and to get them is expensive. Recently, my game out of nowhere was stopped or my character disappeared and I am not able to play anymore. I have spend some money to level up in the course of this yeas. I have contacted customer support 4 or 5 times to help me and they just ignore me. I will never play this game again! Really disappointed!

Strategy game, don’t not have to spend money but can spend very little for great rewards. Will rank high from strategy not money solely alone. Competitive. I have played this game for 4 years. Very very fun! Please keep making updates and improvements!

Update: Now the app will not load at all on my phone or tablet. Just automatically shuts down before I can even get to the loading screen. Don’t waste your time or your money.

If you make in app purchases be mindful of what you spend. I’ve been charged double several times and when I requested a refund they froze my account until I paid them again… I paid it so I didn’t lose all my progress built up over the last year and a half and they charged double again.
