I bought the app a week ago, but I haven't been able to log in for the past four days. It keeps giving me an error message saying that my membership is not active.

App has never worked on my iPhone customer support never emailed me back… impossible to cancel now have charged me a total of $366.96 in 2 years for an app that has nevertheless worked like it should… very disappointing and unacceptable.
Unable to use app
I have tried for a month to install and use the app. Every time customer service says it is fixed and to sign in, it still doesn’t work. I am done! Now I just wanting a refund. How long is it going to be to get this right ?
App not saving
The app isn’t saving the data inputted. It ask for imperial or metric, I pick imperial and it ask questions to be answered in metrics. It ask a very long list of for allergens and likes/dislikes and after checking boxes as you scroll the check disappears as if never checked.
Fake or not useful for Indian meals
The app somehow deducted additional 3000 plus INR today after a paid plan few days back . Looks like a money making thing and the app is not functional for Indian meals or food types . I have to click my card now . A good waste of 5000 INR on nothing .
