What's New in Immunally

1.0.12

September 25, 2026

This update keeps Immunally running smoothly on the newest iPhone and iOS, and makes logging and privacy clearer: • Latest iPhone & iOS support — the app now launches reliably on the newest devices. • Save your photos — meals, lab results, or symptoms you photograph can be saved to your own Photos library, so you always have them for doctor visits. Your photos stay on your device — never on our servers. • Clearer voice notes — the first time you use voice, a quick heads-up explains exactly what happens with your recording. Prefer to type? You can switch anytime. • Privacy & permissions — a new section in your profile puts all your controls in one clear place. • Easier sign-in for returning users. Questions or feedback? Reach us any time at info@immunally.com.

Very responsive developer

The developer reached out the other day to me as an early user to see how he could make the app better. To my pleasant surprise, he implemented almost every suggestion within just a couple of days! I’ve never seen that, normally I just see a bunch of excuses for why they can’t. Yours was very refreshing.

The app is easy enough to use, which options to correct entries before they are logged and import and crop photos before adding, and now you can track any category you think might be a trigger for your immune response or flare. This makes it super useful do anything that might be a trigger would be picked up for you and considered in your analysis. Looking guard to the insights from this new updated version!

Response from developer

Thank you so much for taking the time to write this — you caught a real bug, and specific feedback like yours is exactly what makes the app better. You were right about the sleep comparison. Deep and REM sleep were being shown in different units (hours vs. minutes), so the analysis compared them incorrectly and told you that you were getting less deep sleep when you were actually getting more. That's now fixed and already live — your briefs should compare like-for-like going forward. We also heard you on waiting for your first insight. In the latest update, early "signals" surface on your home screen much sooner, and the window before patterns appear is shorter — so you should start seeing value in days, not weeks. To see everything, tap the Insights tab at the bottom of the screen — that's where your patterns, weekly and monthly summaries, and trends live. It's worth a look even now. If anything else ever feels off, we'd genuinely love to hear it. There's now a "Contact us & report a problem" option in your Profile, or you can email us directly at info@immunally.com — we read every message. Thanks again for helping us improve. We'd love for you to give it another try. — The Immunally team

Simple and informative

Really like how the app tells me how to shape my morning, afternoon, evening based on my condition and prepares me to be successful in managing my condition. Love the talk to log method, preparing me for doctor appointment and getting paperwork ready. The pattern it found were eye opening for me. Thank you!

Effortless tracking for chronic conditions

Been using the app for a few weeks. Tracking symptoms and correlating to what I ate, felt, did has been insightful. I love that I can just blurt into the voice mode my entire day and it can cleanly map into respective logs.

Response from developer

Thank you — this genuinely made our day. Helping people connect their symptoms to what they ate, felt, and did is exactly why we built Immunally, and we're thrilled the voice logging makes it effortless. If there's ever anything you'd love to see, we're all ears at info@immunally.com. Wishing you good days ahead. 🙏
