App unusable now.
Since updating my iOS, and then updating the app, the app doesn’t load the front page at all, can’t use the app for anything

It’d be helpful to include an account history (claiming for tax purposes). App has bugs
Couldn't get receipt!
Be warned if you use AppleID to login using hide my email, the system will not send a receipt. It took a number of emails with the company who to their credit sorted it out and manually sent me the receipt.
Not worth it for 36 AUD under 5 minutes
I visited the Bibra Lake branch and paid 30 Aud plus 6 Aud for the pre-rinse. The discount was ignored by staff and he said he doesnt think the discount was valid. Didn't ask for the mobile app to check on valid rewards. The pre-rinse and pre-scrub scrub were done by a staff and then you go through the washer conveyor which only lasted less than 5 minutes. Will never go back.

TERRIBLE. Went here to wash the car and they did such a bad job. So many spots missed and the dryers at the end left heaps of smudge marks
The payment never works!!!
How do you expect customers to use the app to purchase washes when your payment doesnt work. As other reviews mentioned the app hangs with infinite circle when payment is clicked.

The app looks fine but it never works when it comes to payment. It keeps spinning spinning and nothing happens. Fix it because otherwise makes no sense at all

Useless app! Cant even open “Buy a single wash” or “Buy a multi wash”. POS waste my time.
Fast and efficient
Big shout out to the Ipswich IMO, the staff are undeniably fabulous. I’ve been going here for many years and my car is always looked after well.
