Dodgy Company
I tried to contact this company earlier in the year. They were insisting on cash (if you wanted the cheaper wash). Otherwise they had a minimum for card use which seems to be in place to force you to spend more. My issue was that at the height of a COVID outbreak I felt all steps should be taken to keep customers AND staff safe. I never ever heard back from them and this policy still applies.
Then I recently went to get a wash with one of the vouchers from the app. They flat out refused the honour it. Not the poor staffs fault. It’s the company’s fault. I phoned and emailed them to suggest they either honour the offers on their website, or taken them down. Surprise surprise phone goes to voicemail. They don’t return calls. They do t return emails. Where is their office????
