Dear friend, we completely understand your point. Imo provides free audio/video calls, chat, and video content. Behind this are high costs of traffic, servers, bandwidth, and human resources. Ads are our primary revenue source to keep imo operating and free. Your understanding is greatly appreciated. Jason
Malware add
The app itself is ok, but displaying ads that lead to obvious malware after a call is completely unacceptable. It seriously undermines trust in the app and creates a poor user experience.

The app forces you to watch a 15-second ad, and when you try to close it, it asks if you want to open the advertised app (usually Shein). Even if you tap “No,” it still redirects you to the Shein app anyway.
This is really shameful, deceptive, and a complete waste of users’ time. Please respect your users instead of forcing them into ads they already declined.

I have some families in Pakistan and I call them, they never go through it always says calling, my dad calls them on WhatsApp it goes through please people use WhatsApp because my friend lives nearby and I call him dosent go through then my dad does boom goes through just don’t use this

Where have all the stickers gone after this last update
No sound
When I call people it doesn’t have any sound. Like I can hear the ringing as it waits for the call to go through but when it does, there’s no sound.
