Straightforward

I've been using this app (and the website) for years and nothing beats it for simplicity and ease of use. Create your own interval workout or use one of public ones. There's hundreds if not thousands of them. I use it with an iPhone 5 and a first gen Wahoo Kickr. I've had zero problems.

Should still be in Beta

Lots of glitches. I've simply had too many issues with this App. Sorry guys, this just isn't ready...

Horrible, horrible interface

I have attempted several times to use this app and have failed each time. It has taken me hours to figure out how to create a workout only to find out that repeating intervals are not possible unless you manually enter them in. Stay away.....far away.

Feel cheated.

Snatched this up when I saw integration with Garmin Connect. I have created dozens of workouts on Garmin. But I feel like I was duped. The app does not work with Garmin workouts that have distance-based intervals. Big letdown. Other smaller letdowns include the poor voice prompts and lack of auto pause. I want my $6 back!

Perfect for Wahoo Kickr

I have been looking for an app to generate erg commands to my Kickr trainer based on Sufferfest videos and my threshold power.
This app is perfect. It upload detailed data, including cadence and heart rate from my generic (Jarv) sensors.
Best few dollars I've ever spent!!
