I've had this app for nearly 2 years and even though I don't use it very much, it has always been such a great app to open and see the moon when I can't see it outside.

iMOONu LOST IT'S BEST FEATURE
There's no night horizon landscape any more. It was beautifully pleasant to reflect on a night sky while also your program showed the moon cycles!! Now there is no background and nothing to reflect on only moon cycles.
iMOONu needs a background -- random landscapes. With some few stars!!! Gives us SOME-THING to reflect meditate on, besides a goofy name!!!

Terrible! Hardly usable!
Thus app is hardly usable. At the least it should let you swipe from one day to the next, instead of having yo use the tumblers to pick a date each time. Also, in monthly view it should jump to the day when you click on it. And the text in the day view does not even update reliably. Just terrible.
Not worth your trouble even if it was free.
Very disappointed. All this app does is show you a picture of the current day or the current month view. To change dates you have to manually enter a new date which is a complete pain. There is no way to swipe back and forth between days or months. In the month view, you can’t even touch a moon image to go to that date. It would be far better and more functional to just go to one of the many moon phase websites out there for free. I wouldn’t use this app even if it were free. For-pay apps should come with some level of a guarantee of merchantability from iTunes, but unfortunately they don’t. The 5-star rating comments are obviously marketing plants, and are completely misleading (like the guy who said he got his homework done a month early because of this app and learned the moon phases). Dennis Nederlof should be ashamed for actually charging money for this application.

put the moon icon with the craters names as an option and possibly a small howl alarm when its the full moon would be nice too

Shows moon phases well - nothing else.
I expected this app to show moonrise and moonset times. It does not. The monthly calendars are a nice touch. Should have been titled MoonPhases because that is about all it does.

I like this app. I wanted to plan a June or July vacation to Alaska and I wanted to go when there was a full Moon. It was easy to find my date with this app. One improvement would be to show the Moon rise and Moon set. Maybe this will be in the next update. And it only cost $1.99!

Goofy Name But Nice App
I like this app but was disappointed to see that the web app version (with a different name) is no longer available and that it now costs money - albeit only 99 cents. That being said, I like the monthly calendar view. Adding moonrise and moonset times to the next version would make it well worth the price!

countdown to next full moon seems to be wrong
Very cool application, but the countdown timer to the next full or new moon does not coincide with the month calendar. The month calendar shows the full moon as tomorrow (Nov. 13, 2008), and the countdown timer says it is 29 days to the next full moon! Please fix this in an update.
We all go through phases.
I had this app on my phone when it was free and I loved it. When I went to find the moon phase one day I found out the app was no longer available and was directed to the app store. I was sad and saw that the app was going to cost .99. I wanted my free app back. Oh well, I bought it and love it. Worth every penny if you like to know the moon phases, this app has a monthly display that is nice, too.

Does what it says
Nice calendar of upcoming moon phases. It would be perfect if you could swipe from one month to the next instead of going back to the main screen and picking from a large list.
Very practical app, beautiful graphics!
Too cool! It was fun checking out the current phase of the moon and seeing its graphic in the app. I also like how it lists the number of days until the next full moon.

I really like the way the moon looks on this app as well as the background. Maybe future updates will include a choice of backgrounds...keep up the good work
