Let-down app
What a let down!!! The touch and go feature only works with the Bluetooth app and not the physical panel. This zip-desk is a $600 dollar stand-up desk!! There is no setting that allows the user to transfer the touch and go feature to the physical panel. The $300 model sold by Costco has a touch and go feature on the physical panel!!!!!

Disappointing
After waiting more than a year for the Android app I decided to borrow an iPhone and make an iCloud account just to try this app. Now I know this is not worth waiting for.
The whole reason I bought a ZipDesk was for the Bluetooth “Press and Go” feature that you could opt in to through the app. A feature that no Bluetooth-less standing desk can provide due to safety regulations. I am severely disappointed to discover that the feature only works via the app preset controls. Press and go does not work with the physical control panel buttons, you still need to hold those down, even after opting in. The marketing at the time of purchase made it sound like this was a set and forget feature.
Also, you are unable to save a preset height above 42 inches even though the ZipDesk can go up to 44.8 inches. For a tall person that is an unfortunate oversight. So now, even if I were willing to open the app to use press and go, I can’t, because it doesn’t support my height. Great.

Height preset buttons on the controller or so yesteryear
We have multiple users of the same desks so we really like having our own personal height settings in our phones. This way we can truly “hot desk” not only in the office but between zipdesks some of us have a home, too. Instead of everyone constantly overwriting each other’s hand controller settings.
