N consigo alterar e-mail e telefone

Enviei um e-mail para o atendimento e o RT foi - Basta acessar as configurações do app.
Bom… óbvio que já havia feito isso, mas repeti o processo e me certifiquei que de fato o app não possui a opção de alterar e-mail e telefone mas configurações.
Agora estou com outro aparelho e não consigo acesso, devido ao envio de Cod para meu telefone antigo.
