This donation is a trap, once you get in, no way to come out, they will keep adding you to various causes with justifying reasons and finally if you want to stop any donation, they say the app doesn’t support and you need to talk to your bank
Crashes in every option
Such apps should be removed from play store. Except the homepage, you can’t go anywhere. Donation history crashes, accessing 80G crashes, accessing form 10 crashes. Who built it? The developers should be jailed.
Scammers and policy sellers
I donate 1st time to save life then call me to monthly donation I booked, i m donating from 5months ,then they called for health insurance and misguided about but unfortunately i booked, then they calling for insurance upgradetion , also they calling evry week for another donation, when i booked 2monthly donation ,i also do this but , but when they misguided about insurance to sell ,i know they are doing froud , and I cancelling my monthly donation

Worst people in there to trouble the people donating and never ever take the insurance policy of theirs ,they confuse you n mix up the donations and insurance money

I paid a 1000 rupees as a donor. The app has not registered this payment, even though the transaction has been completed from my end.

Milaap is definitely the right choice! A friend's 23-year-old brother has been on a ventilator, and throughout this tough time, this scam has been a constant source of trouble. They received nonstop calls, with attempts to deceive and sell, only adding to their pain. The extra emotional toll caused by the dishonest staff is unimaginable.

I raised a campaign of my mother
It went upto 36k, the time when i needed that money they didn’t give it to me and charged somewhere around 30k from my campaign just to make it a trending page on their application only ( not in any social media but their app LOL )
Don’t go for these apps

Time wasting
Tried to login into the app since last 1 hours and entered multiple otp however same massage is appearing “wrong otp”. Please don’t waste our time
I can’t able to discontinue my monthly payment subscription
After donating one time, they activate auto payment subscription without my permission. So now, I am trying to discontinue, but I can’t able to do because there is no way to find to cancel my monthly payment subscription. And also I tried to call them, but it’s saying that number is not responding. If someone know that how can I cancel auto payment subscription. Please share the information in the review section.

Customer support is not appropriate
They literally track your every single activity on your account. They reached out to me for subscribing to their monthly donation program (GEM), I agreed to do it when I could but due to my situation I couldn’t with my existing card and was willing to do it once I get back home and have my other card.
They kept calling everyday trying to make me feel guilty about the delay and whenever I opened the app for even showing it to someone in that period, they would immediately spam in email and call me to sign up for donation. The whole experience was so frustrating, I have donated multiple times in past just directly to campaigns but after this incident I deleted my account.
A humble request: please don’t get behind donors and annoy them. Donation is something which comes from willingness and not by pursuing someone until they do it.

Scammers
Scam!!! They start a subscription for you on their own and when you try to cancel the subscription they do not provide an option to manage subscriptions neither on web nor on in their app. Donated an amount of $50 got charged for a monthly $43 subscription instead. Tried calling the helpline number(from abroad) but cannot connect to the Indian number provided. Struggling to get it cancelled but no success yet.

They say they are here to help people in need rather they exploit the need of people to make money by giving false promises.
Everyday there charges and terms changes based on with whom you are talking.
The sales and marketing team portrays a picture but nothing gets done rather they take money from the donations people do and people in need suffer to pay bills due to there tactics and all.
